On Saturday, April 29, the Darien YMCA is holding a free community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active at the annual YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day®. All activities are designed to inspire kids to get active while simultaneously teaching families how to develop routines that support mental and physical health at home. Come join us!
